  ADDICT

  Addict is simply a crew of riders and friends. Over the years we’ve come to form a very close bond, some of us decided to study design and 3D conception (CAO, DAO) with the aim of putting all the experiences of riding and testing into designing scooters.

  

  As a family, each rider has their own signature deck and bars that reflects their style. The first Addict Collection was the result of 3 years of brainstorming, development, and innovation.
  We are now working on a new Collection.

  Each part has been tested by some of the best street riders in the movement today, for months we created and shredded, until we finally had the approval of the riders and designers. Addict, Designed by riders, for riders.

    Alien Workshop was born Oct. 1990 from the concept of creating a
    different type of skateboard company. From inception, AWS's approach has always been to operate on it's own terms, allowing the deliberate isolation of it's Ohio based, subterranean HQ to inspire and influence it's style and personality.
    
    The Alien Workshop team riders are as diverse and individualistic as the company's identity. Rob Dyrdek was their first team rider and has been with the company since the first spark of ideas. A new breed will carry the Workshop torch to the streets worldwide.
    
    With 25 years of history and quality products under it's belt, AWS continues to push and produce innovative skateboards and accessories with the same passion and drive as the day it was founded. Resurface Underground.

  In 2003 Rodney and Daewon got together for coffee and started talking about the idea of doing something together that will be fun and different. After months and many bad names later, in early July something hit us like a mac truck, a name that we would all agree with, make us happy and that looks good on the walls of the retailers still in business. That name is "Almost a skateboard company"
